Michael Bracken practices primarily in the area of transactional entertainment law, focusing on media (new and traditional), live events, sports, and advertising.

He has represented cable networks,producers of sporting and other live events, television producers, service providers, team owners, museums, publishers, and Internet companies. He has broad experience in event and television production, cable distribution, advertising, promotion, sponsorship, talent, rights acquisition, digital distribution, programming, and licensing (content, software, rights, and trademark). He has also negotiated and drafted sports personnel, radio distribution, and personal appearance agreements. He advises clients on intellectual property, compliance, clearance, and employment issues.
