Matthew A. Kaplan is a litigator who practices primarily in the areas of copyright, trademark and commercial litigation. He has represented companies in the computer sales, computer consulting and pharmaceutical industries. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert Muir, Jr., a Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kaplan was an associate at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. where his practice focused on intellectual property, commercial and employment litigation. |
