| Christopher J. Marino practices primarily in the areas of copyright, trademark, commercial litigation and publishing. Mr. Marino has experience litigating trademark and copyright disputes in the luxury good and fashion markets. In addition, he has gained expertise policing counterfeit and gray market sales of goods both online and in retail stores. Prior to joining Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams and Sheppard LLP, Mr. Marino was associated with the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he worked on matters involving trademark, copyright and general commercial disputes. Mr. Marino has also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ariel A. Rodríguez, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and as an associate at a large New Jersey law firm.
