Mr. Simon most recently directed and produced the feature documentary, “Nursery University,” which focuses on the uniquely competitive world of preschool admissions in New York City. He has also served as a special legal correspondent for television's “A Current Affair.”
Mr. Simon is a frequent lecturer and has spoken before the New York City Bar Association, the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Tufts University, Lafayette University, the William and Mary School of Law, and Kean University, among many others.

Cardozo School of Law in 2001, where he is a member of the Order of the Coif.
