Kenneth N. Swezey is a transactional attorney concentrating in copyright, publishing, entertainment and corporate law, with clients ranging from well-known authors, literary agents, literary estates, publishers, visual artists and visual art licensing agencies to digital media companies and national not for profit organizations.  Kenneth currently serves as Chair of the New York State Bar Association Entertainment and Sports Law Committee, is a member of the Copyright Society of the U.S.A, and is a frequent speaker and panelist on copyright and digital media issues.  He regularly conducts publishing negotiation seminars for Columbia University School of Law students.
