Kenneth N. Swezey is a transactional attorney concentrating
in copyright, publishing, entertainment and corporate
law, with clients ranging from well-known authors, literary agents, literary
estates, publishers, visual artists and visual art licensing agencies to digital
media companies and national not for
profit organizations. Kenneth
currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the New York State Bar Association
Entertainment and Sports Law Committee, is a member of the Copyright Society
of the U.S.A, and is a frequent speaker and panelist on copyright and digital
media issues. He regularly
conducts publishing negotiation seminars for Columbia University School of
Law students.
