Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard attorneys have for many years represented authors and publishers
in the publishing area. We have drafted and negotiated publishing
agreements, counseled clients on copyright matters, and represented
authors and their estates in copyright and trademark licensing for
all media. We have also significant experience representing electronic
publishers and website and software developers.
Our clients include well-known authors and publishers. Among the estates
we represent are the estates of John Steinbeck and Isaac Asimov. |
